Watching a determined 2 year old try to bite into a frozen chocolate covered banana
**He cried after this because he couldn't...it was cute :) **
I have loved this day. I usually am one who doesn't mind rain... I actually love it. But today, with the sun shining in my windows, I just wanted to smile the biggest smile all day long. Isn't it amazing what some sunshine can do to a person?
Now if it would just warm up!
I love spring!

The roses are gorgeous (lucky you and lucky James because he's married to you!)...Noli is precious as always, the bread looks wonderful! Now the backyard...repeat after me...perineals! More daylilys...I have some more I can give you; echinacea, a few small decorative grasses in front, a butterfly bush towards the back since it gets big...maybe a few roses (??? can't remember the sun situation back there), maybe a few peonies, maybe a Japanese maple (???). All easy care and colorful.
Love your new blog look and how sweet of your hubby!
xoxo Michele
I miss the sun too... and that bread look good.
Mmmm....warm bread. Yummy!!
I am loving seeing the sunshine, but it's totally deceiving because you step outside and it's FREEZING! Please come soon, Spring!
Love all those pictures...looks like a good day! :)
What beautiful flowers!
I've been noticing my irises popping up. I LOVE this time of year when everything starts waking up. I'm with you on the warmth though. Any day!
