A week is done
Happy Birthday to Cadence, it was her 3rd birthday last week and Heather and I got to make her a cake for her special birthday :)
If you can't tell, she loves Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.
Cadence's parents gave us the picture of the cake they wanted and we went for it, her dad actually works with James and I went to school with her mom.
Don't you love the clouds?? I got the tutorial from this site and loved making them, so cute and pillowy (is that a word?)Heather and I both had quite the week last week and it was a miracle that we got this cake done and that it turned out how we wanted it to!
Hope everyone had a good Valentines Day! we just went to church, came home and cleaned the house together as a family (which was actually a great valentines day present in itself!) Then had an awesome dinner of steak, asparagus, sauteed mushrooms and baked potatoes. It was the best dinner in a long time!
Now off to a week of not much to do or planned....which I am totally looking forward to!

What a nice relaxing day--we tend to clean on Sunday sometimes too :) I like to clean so I don't think of it as work--LOL!! Love the cake--my nephew who just turned 1 is a Mickey freak and would have loved that cake. Enjoy your week.
Looks amazing! Great job!
