new pictures and a new recipe

Here are a few new pictures of our family (mostly the boys) from the last week.

Nolan and James hanging out before bed
Nolan and Gabe racing cars.
Nolan showing me how he can drink milk like a big boy (don't worry, I took the fork away)
Nolan showing me how he can make a mess by spitting out the milk
I tried to get a nice picture with my wonderful son, and he felt he needed to be a pirate
Arrggh, matey!
Gabe showing how displeased he is with me when I asked him to come inside
The boys taking quiet time together watching a movie

I came across this great recipe the other day. It was really good, and tasted even better the next day
Sticky Caramelized Baked Chicken

3 pounds chicken wings
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 cup honey
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Mix together the oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over the chicken.
Bake in preheated oven for one hour, or until sauce is caramelized.
**That is what the recipe said to do....this is what I did- I browned the chicken on the George Forman (too windy outside to grill it) I also added a few dashes of hot sauce to the soysauce mixture. While baking, I turned it every 10 minutes to get it to be really sticky. Definatly make sure you have some wet napkins near by!**

Love the pictures. Especially the one of Nolan's spilled milk. The look on his face is adorable.

That chicken looks so yummy! Thanks again for so many recipes.
